1. What we collect

• Brand queries — the brand names you check and the generated reports, stored so report URLs keep working.
• Email address — only if you choose to leave it (report delivery, product updates for that request). We do not require an account.
• IP address — kept with each request for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• No cookies, no trackers — we currently set no cookies and run no third-party analytics on this site.

2. How we use it

To generate and serve your reports, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and — only if you opted in — email you about the product. We do not sell personal data, ever.

3. Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and network security.
• AI model providers — receive the category questions used to generate answers. We do not send them your email or IP.
• Ahrefs — receives competitor domain names to retrieve public web metrics.
• Creem — payment processing as Merchant of Record; your payment details go to Creem, not to us.

4. Retention and your rights

Reports and request logs are retained to keep report links working and limits fair; emails are kept until you ask us to remove them. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time — email support@visibilitychecker.ai and we will respond within 14 days.

5. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date.
