14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid report comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchased report — for any reason — email support@visibilitychecker.ai within 14 days of purchase with your report link, and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no interrogation.

Failed or defective reports

If a paid report fails to generate, or is materially defective (for example, empty sections caused by a fault on our side), we will regenerate it or refund it in full — whichever you prefer.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Creem back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. You may also request a refund directly through Creem's buyer support.
