Terms of Service

1. The service

VisibilityChecker.ai ("we", "us") generates AI visibility reports: you enter a brand name, we put category questions to third-party AI models live, and we score how often the brand is mentioned, alongside competitive and market context. Reports are delivered as web pages at unique URLs.

2. Fair use

Free checks are rate-limited per user and globally. You agree not to circumvent limits, scrape or resell the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or throttle usage that degrades the service for others.

3. Nature of the results

AI model outputs are probabilistic and change over time; search and authority data are third-party estimates. Reports are informational — we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and reports are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Brand names appearing in reports belong to their respective owners; their appearance implies no affiliation or endorsement.

4. Purchases

Paid reports are one-time purchases priced in USD — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; Creem's buyer terms apply to the transaction. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

5. Your content and ours

You may use reports you purchased for your internal business purposes, including sharing within your organization. The service, its design, and its methodology remain ours. Domain Rating data is provided by Ahrefs under its license.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on reports.

7. Changes and contact
